Standard Hourly Rates

All residential and commercial jobs are charged by the hour at $132 (incl. GST) + materials. This rate is based on current market prices in the Sunshine Coast region.

We aim to complete each job as efficiently as possible without sacrificing quality, and offer a workmanship guarantee on every job. Minimum charge is 1 hour.

A 5% discount is offered to customers who make payment onsite upon completion of the job.

Air Conditioning

Air Conditioning Installations for a back to back set-up with a brand-new unit incur a flat-fee of $1100(incl. GST) plus the wholesale price of the unit of your choice.

Second-hand units supplied by customer or complex installation locations may incur additional fees depending on additional labour requirements for the installation.

A standard Air-Conditioning Service and Clean costs $330 (incl. GST)

Test Tagging & Business Compliance

Test-tagging services are subject to a call out fee of $132 (incl. GST) which includes the first hour of labour. Each tag administered incurs a fee of $5. Any required repairs or labour requirements beyond the first hour are charged at the standard hourly rate of $132/hr (incl. GST).

Fuller Bros offer a Business Compliance Package for $550(incl. GST) which includes a Safety switch check, Earth Safety Check, Electrical Risk Assessment, Fire Alarm test & battery change, and up to 20 portable appliance test and tags (additional tags $5 each). This package does not cover required repairs.
